The "official" guideline about how to find the secrets:
- There are several secrets in this map, the speaker one is the biggest.
- Look at the description of this map, it's encoded, and the solution to decode is implied on the wall: the "bolypius" which should be "polybius".
- The pickupbases for weapon, hp, armor or amp, are religon symbols. I guess you can notice this easilly.
- U, C, M, P, 4 "collectable" items locate in the corners.
- The skin of the lifts, is actually a Sudoku puzzle, but i customed it so the numbers are replaced with quadrants which are corresponding to 16 numbers from 0 to 15 or sometimes 0-9 and a,b,c,d,e,f.
See this:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sudoku
- The speaker system is basically a puzzle which needs you to find out the correct color for each light (controller). The "official" solution is:
a) The hint below the picture (the weird cross which is actually a window, lol), says: 17160/?=ABC. This means the result is a three-figure number, like 123. And each figure is corresponding to the A or B or C.
b) Three religion words below the controllers. They are Axxxx, Bxxxx, Cxxxx. So the controller very close to the picture is A, the most distant one is C, and the other is B.
c) But how to get the result of 17160/?. Look at the jumppads, and hope you guys notice there is a red "?" in the center of each jumppad. And also some "*" + numbers. Collect all the numbers, write them down from the smallest to the biggest. And you will find a sequence: 21, 34, 89, 144, 233, 377, 610, 987. There are 9 points in each jumppad. But here you only see 8 numbers. That means the last one (the red ?) has to be a number and related with this sequence. And you will find this sequence is a Fibonacci sequence easilly. so the missing number or the ? is 55.
d) Then 17160/?=17160/55=312
e) A=3, B=1, C=2, so touch Controller A for 3 times, or you can simply find out the color. The default color is grey, then switch from Red(1) to Blue(2) to Green(3). So A is green, the same result of touching 3 times. You can then figure out how many times you touch other two.
f) Congrats, and Hehehehe... You can see the picture is changed to transparent one and a heart is beating behind it. See the luther seal:P Anyway I am not a Christian and don't believe any religion but interested in religion history_-
g) A hint for 55 is provided. Look at the broken jumppad. 4 upper points, 4 lower points, 1 in the middle, so can be considered as 5 uppers, 5 lowers. Also the * looks just like a pentacle. You may also notice the pentacle lights and there are two types:]
- The three bloody lines behind the lightgun. Of course it's asking for when UTIII gotta be released.
- Each clock has its own time. A very hidden thing about the death of the Jesus in Apr. 5th (Wednesday) in 30 AD. Someone believe it was Sunday, someone say it was Friday, and someone insist it was Wednesday. So it's a very arguable question.
