=> Enable the mutator in UT menu

=> Install package (sources not needed)
=> Install redirect 
=> Add ChaChaComboGib<VERSION> to ServerPackages
=> Add ChaChaComboGib<VERSION>.ChaChaComboGib to Mutator list
