turned on only this mutator gave me this issue also without any other mutators.

Interesting, thanks for the feedback ;) !

Questions: - What is your UT2k4 installation ? vanilla 3369 ? - Did you try on my server to see if it works better ? ( 37.59.37.210:8000 ) - Can you send logs ?

Also, this GRapple mutator change PlayerController class, because UT2k4 has more limitation than UT99, so it is more likely to be incompatible with other ones unfortunatly…
