b2939a7527 blockdsp: Change type of array stride parameters to ptrdiff_t 
ptrdiff_t is the correct type for array strides and similar.

eea9857bfd blockdsp: drop the high_bit_depth parameter 
It has no effect, since the code is supposed to operate the same way for
any bit depth.
